Shipping Policy

UK : NON CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:

Standard delivery (3-5 working days) - FREE above £150.00 / £5.00 below

All  orders will be delivered in 9-12 business days via FEDEX. Please refer to the shipping & processing timeframe down below.

 

PAYMENT PROCESSING: 3-5 business days

ORDER FULFILLMENT: 5 business days

DELIVERY: 2-3 business days for all UK orders 6-10 business days for all international orders

Total time frame for you to receive your order is 9 - 12 business days.

 

In the event that your order has been delayed for some unforeseen reason please allow up to a total of 14 business days to receive your order.

*Business days do not include weekends & holidays*

Please advise that you may not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. Your tracking information will then be automatically sent via email after your order has been processed.

Delivery

Once your package is in the hands of USPS we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, upon arrival we require our packages to be signed for. If you happen to miss delivery you will have to reschedule with USPS. If you have any issues with your package please contact your local USPS.

 

International Orders

 

Yes, we do ship worldwide! However please advise that customers are responsible for import fees depending on their country. The estimated delivery time at checkout does not include processing & fulfillment time frame. 


Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are NOT ALLOWED after 72 hours of purchase. 

We are 100% confident in our products & want every customer to be completely satisfied with their hair extensions. If however, you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

In order to be eligible for returns you must return your hair extensions within 5 days of delivery. The hair must be in its original, unused condition and cannot have been worn or damaged.

There are NO returns, exchanges or refunds on any hair that has been worn, colored, bleached or cut. This also includes if the bundles were unraveled (unwrapped bundles).
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Payment

Please be aware that when placing orders your billing and shipping address MUST match. We do not ship to p.o boxes and addresses that are not confirmed. Please reach out to us via email or text before placing your order if you need your package shipped to another address that doesn't correspond with your billing address.
